Exercise is amazing because your body will respond. But you must do your part. You must listen to the words of science and to your body. Not everyone is the same, your muscles have a pattern of all their own.

Exercise has gotten a bad wrap - why? Because it is not fully understood. For you see, exercise is easy when it is fully understood. When it is made simple, and then, my friend, it becomes FUN!

Most of all, exercise is the best prescription medicine for you. Nothing is more natural, nothing engages the mind, body and soul together like exercise.

This is not your normal exercise site. Yes, the author is a certified personal trainer, yes, she has the years of experience and education but she is first and foremost self-taught. She questions the norms and the standards and gives you a fresh perspective and new insights.

Females and males that middle girth is one simple thing - it is really easy - it is lack of cardio and clean eating. Think about it, the middle muscle cannot be shown unless the layer of fat is gone.

Cardio will not only help your heart, alleviate stress but it is also the only item that helps us fight that bulge in the middle.

Exercise should be sandwiched with cardio. Target toning is great, sports, walking are great but all of this is a waste of time for our health if we do not take care of our engine - our heart.

Before and after you dress for success, target tone, apply make-up, shine your shoes, check your engine and see if it is running efficiently.

Target toning helps change our metabolism and adds strength and flexibility. Learn some low impact exercises that target tone our largest and longest muscles in our body - our leg muscles.

Remember, a polished car is beautiful but if it sputters and stops what good is that shine and style? The most important item for your personal care is your heart. Exercise is really easy if you understand the priorities - number one is health.

And also similar to a car, the gasoline, the food intake needs fine foods not junk foods.

As my Grandfather once stated "IF you have your health, you have everything."

A glow can only come from within - you will glow if your engine is running like the race car engine it was designed to be.

Take care of your body and make it run like the race car it was designed to be.
