Lorri Garrick, a former ACE-certified personal trainer for Bally Total Fitness, has trained men and women of all ages for fat loss, muscle building and improved overall fitness, strength and health. For 12 years Lorra was assistant editor for OnFitness Magazine; has written freelance fitness articles for dozens of print and online publications; and has many years’ experience as a freelance editor and proofreader. She enjoys strenuous workouts with heavy weights, HIIT, hiking and martial arts.
