Hi, I'm a happily married woman in her mid-30s with 3 wonderful kids (most of the time :)). I have no family genetics of a natural ability to stay trim, so I'm always watching the latest diet, exercise, or nutrition information and I enjoy helping others on their way. I've helped friends develop menus, shopping list and schedules so that they can be as successful as they want to be. I aim to be healthy, not skinny, so if there is a dangerous diet out there, I'd hope to steer you away from it. For the most part I believe that if you truly want to lose weight you can make any diet work for you.
