Dr. Abravanel's Body Type Diet: Weight Loss Plan & Test for Men
Weight Loss Program for Men
Do you find fat is accumulating on your stomach and no weight loss program helps you to keep the weight off? Do you wake up exhausted and wonder if you have enough energy to make it through the day? Are you looking for a weight loss program that is both healthy and balanced, making it easier to lose weight and keep it off permanently?
If you answered yes to the above questions, Dr. Abravnel's Body Type Diet may be just the plan you've been looking for. Back in the 80's Dr. Abravanel, a leading medical doctor in his field, published his ground-breaking diet plan. In his medical practice, he had learned that we all process food differently. Of course, it was not new to classify individuals according to body type. Maybe the best known classifications are ectomorph, endomorph and mesomorph.
But these classifications don't explain why we metabolism our food the way we do. Dr. Abravanel's weight loss plan explains why we have a certain body type, based on how food is metabolized in our body. This makes sense, as we have all noticed that different body types require different types and amounts of food---protein, carbohydrates or fats. This is why a one-size-fits-all approach to dieting doesn't work for everyone.
So why not let Dr. Abravanel determine your body/metabolism type? Just take the simple test below to determine your body type. Dr. Abravanel outlines the perfect diet plan for your metabolism which, if followed carefully, will bring you back to your ideal weight. You'll feel energetic and will learn a lot about the way your body metabolizes food.
