Another useful feature is the target pacer. You can set specific goals and the target pacer tells you how to vary your speed in order to achieve your goal. Hey, weight loss participants and runners, useful isn’t it?

ProForm Hybrid can accommodate up to 350 lbs and has a stride length of 15 inch which is not suitable for tall people. It has 14 levels of resistance to vary your intensity of workout.

However, compared to other elliptical trainers listed here, ProForm Hybrid lacks some features. There is no cooling fan or water bottle holder. Neither does it has a mp3 port or built-in speakers to enjoy yourself while exercising.

Speaking of warranties, ProForm Hybrid stands behind many in the list. It offers 5 years for frame, 90 days for parts and labor.

      Elliptical is my preferred form of excersize. I actually bought mine refurbished for under $500. Have been very happy with it.
