We have health clubs throughout the United States from private clubs to country clubs to YMCAs and every college and university has a workout room. Most high schools today even have fitness rooms. And yes, the most advanced corporate facilities have fitness rooms. Yet for all the thousands of dollars in equipment, the number of motivational posters, famous quotes extolling the many benefits of fitness, or even posters that celebrate the beauty of the human form are scarce in this expensive facilities. Why do we spend the money and invest in the brick and mortar and all the weight equipment with hardly a single poster to motivate and inspire us?
I would love to see a poster that educates. For instance, did you know that for every single pound of muscle you gain, your body will burn an extra 50 calories per day? Did you know that cardiovascular exercise will change your resting heart rate and your body will operate more efficiently?
We have done a very poor job of educating our children about fitness, health and posture. We are even worse at motivating them. Shame on the thousands of clubs and schools without fitness posters.
Now the poster you are about to see are not all appropriate for schools but all schools need motivational posters. The sexy ones must be reserved for your private club, your home gym. The many different muscle posters, on the other hand, celebrate the fit human body and detail in an educational manner the complexity and the beauty of the human body.
If your health club, school or home gym has the weight equipment, exercise machines and or the treadmill, there should be some motivational quotes and posters.
The club that I belong to - Anytime Fitness has a few at the newer locations and I commend them for that. My local club is small and sadly we have no fitness posters to motivate us - we have something better, we have changeable boards where the manager writes a different message each week.
And in the entrance at our local, small club we have a blackboard and it has something different every week. A full black board floor to ceiling and approximately 10 feet wide! Outstanding! Any time Fitness - you rock. You do all pieces right in my book - I am very impressed.
I have attended or been a member of dozens of clubs. I have been privileged to attend international fitness conventions in Las Vegas, Orlando and San Diego. And I must tell you Anytime Fitness does on a small scale at each club all the things the big clubs do but they go one step further, they always have the motivational posters. They have set the standards high for all of us to follow.
Join us as we see some fantastic motivational fitness posters that you can purchase or you can create right at your club. I love the wall clings - those are economical and large and can be changed to keep the energy high.
The best item about motivational posters is you don't have to invest allot of money. And they make exceptional gifts. The gift that shows that you care about your loved ones health without breaking the bank. Give a gift today that motivates. Talk to your school administration, your health club management and see if you can upgrade the energy level at your fitness facility today.

Michael Jordan Motivational Quote
"Success is not something you stumble on to or come to by accident, It is something you must sincerely prepare for. Take a good look at successes, and you'll see the same consistent qualities - all the time - qualities of one's character that make one strive for a goal with a standard of unmatched excellence."

Inspirations on Health Club Walls
"You are only one workout away from a good mood."
"Run Faster, Eat Better, Sleep Longer, Try Harder, Aim Higher, Love More, Day by Day Get Happier"
"You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow, YOU CHOOSE."
"Life begins at the end of your comfort zone."
"You have a choice, you can throw in the towel or use it to wipe off your face".
Fitness is a choice and choices in our lives can change the world we live in. To be stronger, to feel happier, you must choose to work at it. Muscles and happiness are made. We must actively work toward a specific goal. To join a gym, to craft a special workout area in your home, whatever you choose actively seek to place motivational posters in your workout area.
Working out is a process and initially you probably don't wish to devote the time let alone the energy. If we are able to stay motivated and consistently workout, we can change our bodies and our mind set. For you see, exercise is not only good for the body but also for our soul.
Let your soul be lighter, find the motivational poster that moves you and your clients and proudly hang those words of inspiration on the walls of your workout room.
From schools, to private health clubs, to YMCAs, to your home gym, find a saying, inspirational quote that takes you to your next fitness level and your body will forever thank you.

Oh, the dream of a perfect body. What is amazing is the fact that our body will respond to exercise.
I used to think my best friend had great legs because of her genes and her past work in ballet. Then she shared with me that she does calf exercises every time she brushes her teeth!
Thank you so much for stopping by and sharing.

A picture of a perfect behind is almost always the best motivator.
The dreamy blonde with the flat stomach is good too.
I often think that when they want to photograph some perfect looking girl in great shape that they use oil rather than sweat to highlight her toned physique. That will tend to span the glow/sweaty divide in away that most folks can handle.

Motivation happens to different people at different times and for different tigger points. For me, I am a visual person and the posters hit home for me. I thank you for stopping by and hope to see you return again.

The core of your writing whsilt sounding agreeable at first, did not settle well with me personally after some time. Someplace throughout the paragraphs you actually managed to make me a believer but just for a short while. I however have got a problem with your leaps in assumptions and one might do nicely to fill in all those gaps. When you actually can accomplish that, I could surely end up being fascinated.
