This time of year, nothing quite beats a Crockpot meal. Not only are they tasty and effortless, but they make our homes smell so good! TikTok content creator and registered dietician @syl.eats shares her healthy and sensational go-to Crockpot recipe. We want to try this today!

This simple and impressive meal looks perfect for just about anything.

This meal looks outstanding! We can’t wait to smell this cooking in our home. First, she uses a Crockpot liner and adds 3 chicken breasts. Then, she adds soy sauce or coconut aminos, honey, tomato paste, brown sugar, and minced garlic. She stirs it all together, and it cooks on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8. The chicken falls apart once it’s ready, and she’s serving this succulent dish with rice and broccoli on the side. This looks absolutely delish! The only things we’d add to this smart meal might be a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and maybe a few freshly sliced green onions. This recipe might also make a sensational taco filling, too. You could use your favorite cole slaw with this warm fall-apart chicken on top. Yum!
