Flavorful 'Blackened Chicken Tenders' Are a Meal Prepper's Dream

We love the way those tenders look! She’s using a full bouquet of spices to brighten up this bird. First, she adds olive oil to the tenders and then spreads the dry rub all over. The rub consists of chipotle chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and paprika. That sounds delicious! Bake them in the air fryer or the oven, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. In this recipe she’s adding a tender to a low carb tortilla, with greens and dressing. Sounds yummy! She tells us that we can also use these tenders in a salad or anyway we’d like. We think they would go lovely with a bowl of veggies and rice, too.
