Nutritionist Shares Common Mistake That Destroys Womens' Metabolisms

So many women do this, too.

We all know losing weight isn’t easy to do, but if that’s a goal of yours that you’d like to accomplish in this new year, then it’s best to take the appropriate healthy steps to make it happen.

Of course, it’s important to make sure you’re eating a well-balanced diet and working out accordingly in order to achieve the results you’re looking for and while it may be tempting to try and skip out on meals to get to your ideal weight in a faster amount of time, however, that can actually slow down your progress. If you’re confused as to how this can be detrimental on your healthy and wellness journey, allow TikTok content creator and nutritionist @gianna.gfit to explain.

So, rather than eating less than 1200 calories (which she mentions is the recommend amount of calories a toddler should eat in a day), you should eat more and workout consistently to achieve your weight loss goal.

It’s easy to make this mistake, but once you become aware of it, try your best to ensure you’re eating a well-balanced diet and are eating the right amount of calories on a daily basis.
