6-Ingredient 'Green Breakfast Smoothie' Is the Perfect Morning Pick-Me-Up

This green drink is fresh and easy. And it doesn't require any expensive powders!

We have to be honest; we aren't big fans of protein drinks. Don't get us wrong, we used to love them, but after drinking them by the thousands, we just can't put them back anymore. This drink actually looks rather refreshing and quite flavorful, too. She's using only six ingredients, starting with a frozen banana. Then she adds a handful of spinach, a teaspoon of oats, a spoonful of chia seeds, a spoonful of peanut butter, and oat milk. Then it's blended together until it's smooth and silky. And she tells us it's sweet and delicious. It sure sounds like it would be!
