Simple Homemade Antibiotic Is Something to Keep on Hand All Winter

To make this simple recipe you’ll need 11 garlic gloves, one whole lemon, one tablespoon of turmeric (be sure to use pepper to activate the properties of turmeric), 1/4 cup of ginger, 1/4 cup of raw or Manuka honey, 30 ml of olive oil, 85 ml apple cider vinegar and 250 ml of water. You’ll simply combine all of the ingredients into a blender and afterwards add to a cup.

This recipe makes 2 /12 cups of the homemade antibiotic smoothie. They strongly recommend preparing and taking this as soon as you notice any cold symptoms starting to develop.

Be sure to keep this smoothie refrigerated!
