This meal not only looks tasty, but is so convenient! All you need to do is line your air fryer with parchment paper and add three eggs (either whole or scrambled), a handful of spinach, a handful of mushrooms, cheese and favorite seasonings. Cook this dish at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, add your sliced avocado, allow it to cool and enjoy!

If you are a person that’s short on time in the mornings because you’re busy doing other things, this dish is perfect for you! If you want to add carbohydrates to your meal to give even more substance, you can add fruit or toast.
