Have you been feeling a little off lately? Like you’re right on the verge of getting sick? TikTok content creator @katchaomeow shares her daily immune boosting shot. And it might be just what you need to stay well.
This zesty shot may be the perfect way to start your day!
This doesn’t look too bad. She tells us that she drinks this daily and it keeps her healthy. If she’s feeling a little down, she drinks a bit more. This easy brew is made using a blender, and she adds 5-6 peeled and diced lemons, 1 finger length of turmeric, 5 knobs of ginger, 5-6 cloves of garlic, and a teaspoon of black peppercorns. Blend it up and then put it through a strainer and into a jar. Store in the fridge for up to a week. She uses the leftover lemon peels to boil with sliced ginger for making tea. That sounds nice, too!
