In the quick video, @growwithjo is seen doing her cardio routine by dancing to one of her own dance workout videos that are quite popular amongst many on social media. Alongside her dance moves, the uptempo beat to the Reggaeton song is also an effective and fun way to get your body moving and your heart pumping.
