Have you been searching for some fitness motivation? And an at-home routine that’s simple and effective? TikTok content creator @petragenco shows us how she stays in amazing shape, from the comfort of her living room. 

This effective routine doesn’t require a monthly membership fee.

We can only hope to look this good in our 50s! This routine is so doable for everyone. If you’re a beginner, you can start without weights and slowly increase your reps and sets. If you’re an expert, you can increase your weights and adjust your challenges. You don’t need much space to perform the exercises and you don’t need much space to store a few weights either. Free weights are great because they slide easily under furniture, into a closet, or you can leave them out in a spot where you won’t stub your toe. If you work from home, this routine would be great for a fitness lunch break.
