Keto-Friendly 'Taco-Stuffed Peppers' Are the Answer to Our Cravings

We love our tacos so much, but we with the holidays approaching, we’ve been trying to save up our carbs. If you're in the same boat, you will adore this next idea. TikTok content creator @ketorecipes shares his veggie-rich and keto-friendly taco recipe. It looks absolutely sensational, and we won’t feel any shame after devouring them.

These taco peppers look far prettier than regular tacos! 

How great is this idea? This is so stinking smart, we wish we thought about doing this a long time ago. For this easy recipe, he first slices red peppers in half and removes the seeds. Then he takes the haves, and he boils them for about 5 minutes. Then he stuffs the boiled halves with taco-seasoned ground beef. He adds shredded cheese on top and melts them in the oven at 450 for 10 minutes. When they come out, they're topped with a guac made of avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and chili lime seasoning. Yummy!
