She started off her detox by drinking a 64-ounce green juice the entire day until dinner, in which she made a salad with grilled salmon. The next day, she made a 64-ounce beet juice that she drank the whole day and for dinner, she had a hearty and colorful salad. On the final day of the detox, she made another 64-ounce beet juice that she consumed throughout her day and for dinner she had another colorful, protein-filled salad. She also made sure she consumed a lot of water throughout the detox and did some light-moderate workout such as walking and yoga.

On the first day of her detox, she weighed in at 200 pounds and by the end of the third day, she weighed 194.4 pounds. She says losing the five pounds during the detox wasn’t her intention, rather, she was aiming for the detox to give her the mental and physical cleanse she had been craving.
