Mom Shares Her Simple 'Go-To' Dinner Recipe for Weight Loss

If you’d like to lose a few pounds before the end of this year, this recipe might help you to achieve that goal. TikTok content creator @kennedychugg shares her simple weight loss dinner recipe. And it doesn’t look like diet food at all. 

This delicious diet meal won’t leave you feeling restricted or hungry!

This looks absolutely delicious and ever so easy, too. To start this dish, she dices a red bell pepper and onion. Then, she drains a can of pineapple chunks, reserving the juice. She dices two chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and tells us we can marinate them in the reserved juice if desired. Cook the chicken in a frying pan and once it’s done, remove to rest. Throw the pineapple chunks and veggies into the same pan on medium-high heat to get them brown and caramelized. Add the chicken back and dress with a sweet chili sauce. How yummy! We might even sprinkle on a little toasted coconut too.

Viewer @SamanthaSchumer warned, "I put a whole bottle of that sauce in my stir-fry once, IDK I what I was thinking, but it was awful. Stick to the 2tbs on the bottle, guys.” Ha, yikes! That’s good advice, especially if you’re trying to lose weight!
