As seen in the helpful video, she makes it important to share that all of the pantry staples she recommends are both gut-friendly and anti-inflammatory. The first kitchen pantry item she suggests is the Albacore wild tuna from the company Wild Planet. Next, she recommended Siete grain free chips and any other item from them since it’s a grain-free brand. Another couple of pantry staples are the plantain chips by Barnana, as well as Chomps beef sticks which has no sugar and is a great snack for when you’re on the go. Maple syrup and raw honey are additional pantry staples, as well as almond butter, sprouted rolled oats, organic chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseeds, and cacao, just to name some of her pantry staples.
