According to TikTok content creator @yogamama_, another benefit camel pose offers is flattening your stomach. She claims that doing this asana for only one minute a day can flatten your stomach over time.
Of course, there are a lot of other factors and poses that contribute to achieving a flat stomach, however, this pose does indeed help.
Some of her followers and viewers in the comment section questioned the accuracy of her claim, however, this pose does offer other benefits such as improving posture, stretching and strengthening the shoulders, chest and back, relieves lower back and opens the back, just to name a few, so it’s worth it to still include this asana into your daily yoga practice.
